Personal Assistant - Greece

After a recent successful placement, we are once again working with a Celebrity Photographer to build out his lifestyle management team. We recently placed a senior PA who is settling well in his role, and we are now looking to hire an additional Female PA to join the lifestyle team to support him. The team is currently based on the Greek island of Paros but will travel throughout Europe as required.

As part of the lifestyle management team, reporting into the Senior PA, you will provide strong support across all areas of the client’s personal and professional life. The role involves accompanying him to various activities, events, and travel while managing day-to-day errands and logistics.

We are only considering female candidates at this stage who have a strong 5* service background and who are fit and active. You must have an EU passport.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Senior PA in the overall management of the client.
• Accompany the client to the gym, outdoor activities, events, parties, and photoshoots as part of the entourage.
• Manage daily schedule and ensure smooth time management between professional and personal commitments.
• Run personal errands (shopping, appointments, reservations, etc.).
• Handle travel arrangements — flights, accommodation, transfers, packing/unpacking.
• Coordinate with agents, clients, and household staff as needed.
• Provide personal support at home and during travel, ensuring all needs are anticipated.
• Keep track of important dates, reminders, and appointments.
• Personal shopping as required.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Be available for flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and travel.

• Discreet, trustworthy, and reliable.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Able to handle a fast-paced, dynamic lifestyle.
• Confident, well-presented, and comfortable in exclusive high-profile social events.
• Previous experience supporting high-profile individuals or in a similar lifestyle/PA role preferred.
• Strong experience within a 5* service environment.
• Fit and active and enjoy outdoor activities – hiking, climbing, gym, etc.
• Must hold a valid EU passport and be willing to travel frequently.

Package

• Accommodation & travel provided
• Salary: €60,000 – €80,000 per month (depending on experience)
