About this role

Rotational 4th Engineer – 100m Private M/Y

Start date: 25th February 2026
Location: Mediterranean / Caribbean
Package: Salary in Euros. 182.5 days leave per year. Time for time rotation

Experience and attributes required:

  • A minimum of 1 year in the role would be required.
  • Yacht experience is a plus, but good cruise ship experience can also work.
  • Responsible for the yacht's tenders and toys.
  • Assisting the 3rd and 2nd engineers as required.
  • Responsible for compiling yard work lists for tenders and toys.
  • Hands-on in general engineering tasks.

Qualifications required (all mandatory):

  • EOOW unlimited III/1
  • STCW – fully updated
  • PSA and PDSD
  • Seafarer's Medical Certificate
  • Seaman's Discharge book

*Must be willing to undergo extensive background checks and pre-employment drug test (not applicable for internal transfers).

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht or a Cruise Ship.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
