Rotational Head of Service position — Private 100m+ M/Y

Package: Salary paid in Euros, attractive benefit package, 182.5 days leave time per rotation

Desired attributes include:

• Minimum 5 years' experience, including 2 years in a lead service or 2nd stew role, preferably on similar sized vessels.
• Work closely with the Chief Stewardess and assist in training Service stewardesses.
• Provide detailed, seamless service for Owners and Guests, ensuring requirements and expectations are met or exceeded.
• Assist with planning and organising parties and events alongside the Chief Stewardess.
• Extensive knowledge of wines, spirits and silver service; WSET Level 2 and barista training preferred.
• Responsible for the day-to-day running of the Service team.

Qualifications required:

• STCW (fully updated)
• Proficiency in Designated Security Duties (mandatory)
• Seafarer's Medical Certificate (with 6 months+ validity)
• Food and Hygiene Level 2
• Seaman's discharge book
• B1/B2 Visa (preferred)

Must be willing to undergo extensive background checks and pre-employment drug test.
