Rotational Chief Stewardess for a 90m+ private/charter motor yacht. Start date: early March 2026. Dual season programme: Mediterranean and Caribbean.

  • Lead a large interior team of 10 across service and housekeeping.
  • Hands-on leadership role with high guest expectations; set and maintain service standards and train interior staff.
  • Manage schedules, inventories, housekeeping standards, guest relations and charter service delivery.
  • Rotation: 2:2. Shared cabin, flights provided per rotation, full medical insurance. Salary: DOE.

Requirements: Minimum two years' experience as Chief Stew on 75m+ vessels, charter experience in a senior management role, strong service and team-training background, organised and practical, B1/B2 visa preferred, solid verifiable references.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
