Bosun to join a 95m private/charter vessel with a dual-season programme. This is a busy, well-run yacht with an established deck team and strong charter activity year-round.

  • Oversee a team of seven deckhands; hands-on leadership role (no Lead Deckhand onboard)
  • Busy private/charter programme with consistent guest operations
  • Caribbean season now, followed by a full Mediterranean summer season
  • Vessel entering a 10-year period in October 2026
  • Start early February

Requirements: preferably a career-focused Bosun with strong yacht experience; minimum 1.5 years in a Bosun role on similar-sized vessels is preferred. Strong operational skills in deck maintenance, guest operations and water sports. Yachtmaster beneficial but not essential. Strong stock control abilities with experience using management systems (e.g. Pinpoint, IDEA, Voly). B1/B2 visa not essential; the vessel can assist with this.

On offer: Salary €4500–€5000 (DOE); 2:2 rotation; good charter tips; shared cabin; a busy, rewarding programme with strong guest activity across both seasons.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
