DECKHAND 75M MY:

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Deckhand to join a 75m private/charter program operating between the Mediterranean and the Caribbean. This vessel is known for excellent crew culture, fair leadership, and a commitment to training and long-term development.

The role:

  • Full Deckhand position covering all exterior duties, maintenance, water sports, and guest operations.
  • Private/charter program with a dual-season Mediterranean/Caribbean itinerary.
  • Joining a well-established, supportive team with clear standards and structured progression pathways.
  • Start end of January 2026.

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience on similar-sized yachts.
  • Yachtmaster Offshore preferred.
  • Strong deck skills, good work ethic, and a proactive, team-focused attitude.
  • Confident in guest-facing operations during private use and charters.
  • B1/B2 visa required.
  • Someone who values longevity, communication, and a collaborative crew environment.
  • Male candidates only due to cabin arrangements.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
