Experienced Yacht Captain Required

Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Captain to lead a 24-meter motor yacht based in Japan, with a focus on navigating the Sea of Japan.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall operation and safety of the vessel, ensuring compliance with maritime regulations and maintaining high standards of service.

Key responsibilities include managing the crew, planning and executing itineraries, conducting regular maintenance checks, and overseeing vessel inspections.

The ideal candidate will possess a valid Captain’s license, extensive experience in yacht management, and a thorough understanding of navigation and safety protocols.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with crew and guests are essential.

This is a permanent position, and the Captain will be expected to reside in Japan, managing the yacht’s operations from the homeport while providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all on board.
