Seasonal Bosun opportunity on a 55m private/charter yacht currently crossing to Antigua, with an active Caribbean charter season ahead.

The role:

  • Hands-on bosun role covering all deck operations.
  • Charter-focused season with two confirmed charters over Christmas and New Year.
  • Additional charters expected for the remainder of the season; no owner use.
  • Start date: ideally before 4 December, latest 9 December.
  • Caribbean start (Antigua).

What we're looking for:

  • Proven deck experience on yachts of similar size.
  • Yachtmaster Offshore - essential.
  • PWC Instructor - highly desirable.
  • Strong tender-driving ability.
  • Solid deck maintenance knowledge and confident leadership of a small deck team.
  • Comfortable in a busy, guest-facing charter environment.
  • Bonus: drone and videography skills for charter video content.

What's on offer:

  • €4,000 monthly.
  • Seasonal contract through to March/early April, with potential to go permanent.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
