We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Service Stewardess to join a dynamic and professional interior team, providing exceptional service to the principal and guests on a 100m+ private yacht. A polished, discreet, and proactive approach is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily service operations including meal service, drink preparation, turndown, and guest readiness. Assist with formal and informal table settings, including event setup and breakdown.

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of interior and guest areas to impeccable standards.

• Work closely with the senior service team and follow detailed instructions with consistency.

Qualifications & Attributes

• Min. 2 years of experience in yachting on 100m+ yachts and luxury hospitality, or private service preferred.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset.

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high standards.

• Knowledge of silver service and fine dining is an advantage.

• Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.

• Must hold or be eligible for a Schengen visa and willing to travel if required.

• ENG1 & STCW.
