Day Captain – 9m Motor Yacht (Seasonal, Shore-Based)

We are looking for a Day Skipper / Day Captain to run daily private and semi-private cruises on a 9m motor yacht along the Ayia Napa & Protaras coastline in Cyprus.

This is a shore-based seasonal role, ideal for someone looking for a more relaxed summer, normal working hours and evenings off, while gaining valuable skippering experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate and navigate a 9m motor yacht on daily charters (no overnight trips)
• Handle mooring, docking, anchoring and guest transfers
• Carry out pre-departure checks, fueling and basic upkeep
• Deliver a friendly, professional guest experience
• Work closely with the onshore team to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Experience handling small/medium motor vessels
• Valid skipper licence (support provided to obtain Cyprus Skipper Licence if needed)
• Good guest interaction and communication skills
• Fluent English
• Safety-focused, reliable, and professional
• Available 1 April – 30 September
