Housekeeping Attendant - Middle East

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join a dedicated team in a formal VIP private residence. You will play an essential role in ensuring the household is meticulously maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and organisation. You must have a passion for delivering outstanding service and thrive in a fast-paced, high-end environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of housekeeping duties, ensuring every room is immaculate and ready for use at all times.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail, in line with established housekeeping procedures.
• Handle laundry and wardrobe management, including delicate fabrics.
• Assist in the coordination of household activities, including event preparation.
• Provide exemplary service to household members and guests.
• Report and handle any maintenance issues promptly and professionally.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Ideal Candidate

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in housekeeping or 2-3 years in a similar role, ideally within a UHNWI household or luxury hotel setting.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping policies and procedures, with an eye for detail and perfection.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is strongly preferred.
• Professional in both presentation and demeanour, reflecting the high standards of the household.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a professional team.
