Female Personal Assistant – Qatar

We are working with a female VVIP Principal based in Doha to assist in hiring a full-time Personal PA. The role involves providing comprehensive private support, accompanying the Principal throughout her daily schedule, and ensuring seamless organisation across all aspects of her personal life. This is a hands-on, mobile position suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

This is not a desk-based role. You will accompany the Principal throughout the day, acting both as a PA and a trusted companion. Travel is required, including extended periods overseas during both summer and winter. You must hold a UK or EU passport to allow for unrestricted travel.

Accommodation is provided (or an allowance can be offered if preferred), and you will join an established management team who support the Principal across multiple residences.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily personal assistance, ensuring the Principal’s schedule is efficiently managed
• Accompany the Principal throughout the day, offering practical and organisational support
• Oversee travel arrangements, packing, itinerary coordination and logistics
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
• Liaise with household staff, drivers and security to ensure smooth daily operations
• Run personal errands and handle ad-hoc requests with efficiency
• Coordinate appointments, reservations and social engagements
• Assist with wardrobe organisation and shopping where required
• Support the Principal during travel, ensuring all needs are met
• Anticipate requirements and proactively resolve issues before they arise

Ideal Candidate

• Must hold a UK or EU passport for unrestricted global travel
• Female only for cultural reasons
• Experience working in VVIP or UHNW households or similar high-level environments
• Warm, supportive and naturally service-focused
• Confident working in a mobile, fast-paced, non-office-based role
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Discreet, trustworthy and professional at all times
• Flexible, proactive and able to travel for extended periods
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Package

• Working schedule: 6 days a week
• Visa and health insurance provided
• 45 days holiday

• Salary: $7,000 net per month
