I am working with a global Yacht Management company who are recruiting for a Crew Operations position in their Monaco office due to company expansion.
This is an office-based role, and you must have the right to live and work in the EU to progress through the selection process. No sponsorship is offered as part of the package.
Your main responsibility will be to manage all crew-related matters for your designated fleet, ensuring compliance, proper certification, and effective use of systems and processes.
Duties:
Support all crew-related matters for a designated fleet of yachts.
Ensure regulatory requirements are met and crew are properly certified and employed.
Manage payroll accurately and on time each month.
Ensure crew are trained in and effectively using systems and best practices.
Build knowledge of crew compliance and maritime regulations.
Support projects and contribute to the development of expertise within the yacht management team.
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience in the yachting industry.
Proven success in an administrative or operational role.
Knowledge of HR and payroll practices.
Commercial maritime experience or background.
Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible, eager to learn, highly organised, and able to manage time efficiently.
Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.
Maintains the highest standards of confidentiality.
Excellent communication skills and fluent in English.

Work Experience Requirements:
All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht or a Cruise Ship.
Language Requirements:
Good knowledge of the English language is required.
Certificates and Qualifications:
All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.
A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
