EU Private Chef - Dubai

We are working with a UHNW family of six based in the Jumeirah Islands who are seeking an experienced Private Chef to join their household on a full-time, live-out basis. You will be responsible for preparing daily meals for the family, creating nutritious, varied menus, and ensuring that all culinary operations run smoothly in a busy household.

The role will involve planning, sourcing and cooking high-quality meals tailored to the family’s preferences, ranging from healthy family-style dishes to more refined plated menus when required. You will also manage kitchen hygiene, organisation, and stock control to the highest standard.

Some travel to the UK and Europe will be required; therefore, only UK or EU passport holders can be considered.

You MUST already be based in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and cook daily meals for a family of six
• Create varied, nutritious and seasonal menus
• Source high-quality ingredients, including organic and specialty items
• Maintain exceptional kitchen cleanliness and organisation
• Manage inventory, stock rotation and budget-conscious purchasing
• Prepare meals for guests, informal gatherings and occasional events
• Cater to specific dietary preferences and health-focused requirements
• Ensure smooth kitchen operations within a busy family household
• Oversee food safety, storage procedures and allergen management
• Travel with the family when required to the UK and Europe
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times

Ideal Candidate

• MUST hold an EU or UK passport
• MUST already be based in Dubai
• Strong experience as a Private Chef within UHNW households
• Professional culinary training preferred
• Confident in preparing a wide range of international and healthy cuisines
• Highly organised with excellent kitchen management skills
• Discreet, flexible and able to work within a family environment
• Able to travel internationally with ease
• Calm, professional and committed to long-term employment

Package

• Working schedule: 6 days a week
• Visa and health insurance provided
• Live-out position
• Salary: 25,000 AED per month (net)
