Salary: $230,000+ per couple (DOE)
Travel: Regular travel to New York, Minnesota, and other U.S. residences

Role Overview

A senior, highly experienced domestic couple is required to manage the smooth running and day-to-day operations of multiple private residences across the United States. Based in Washington, D.C., the couple will ensure all homes are maintained to an exceptional standard and fully prepared for the principals’ arrivals. This is a hands-on role requiring strong household management skills, flexibility, and exceptional discretion.

Key Responsibilities

Property & Household Management

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance across several residences
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, and preventative maintenance
• Manage household budgets, expenses, and petty cash

Hospitality & Lifestyle Support

• Provide food service and light cooking
• Maintain guest-ready standards at all times
• Stock supplies, groceries, and special requests
• Support small events as required

Travel & Logistics

• Travel according to principals’ schedules
• Manage transitions between residences (packing, unpacking, readiness)
• Drive principals or guests when needed

Housekeeping & Presentation

• Full housekeeping and organisation across all homes
• Laundry, wardrobe care, and light valet support
• Seasonal property opening/closing

Candidate Profile

• Extensive experience as a domestic couple, yacht crew, or luxury hospitality professionals
• Highly organised, proactive, and service-oriented
• Adaptable to frequent travel and changing schedules
• Trustworthy, discreet, and professional

Requirements

• Valid U.S. work authorisation for both candidates (no visa sponsorship available)
• Clean, valid U.S. driving licences
• Strong, verifiable references
• Willingness to live-in (apartment provided in Washington, D.C.)
