Overview

An exceptional seasonal opportunity for an experienced Stewardess to join a stunning 16,000 sq ft private lodge in central Vail, Colorado, with ski-in/ski-out access. This role can also suit two experienced friends who wish to work together within a supportive household team.

Combining luxury service with spa-level massage treatments, the position offers a rare lifestyle balance with generous daily skiing time built into the schedule. The lodge features 8 guest suites, a dedicated massage room, pool, gym, cinema room, hot tub, and expansive terraces, and is occupied for around 6 weeks per season. Those with masseuse qualification will be highly desirable.

Outstanding candidates may also be invited to join the Principal’s yacht after the ski season.

Job duties
Responsibilities of the Seasonal Stewardess in Vail, Colorado, include:

Stewardess duties

• Daily presentation and service of the Principal’s suite (beds, bathrooms, organisation, and cleanliness)
• Maintaining an immaculate standard across all guest areas: lounge spaces, cinema room, gym, pool area, terraces
• Creating and maintaining a refined lodge atmosphere: lighting, sound, scent, ambience, and floral arrangements
• Table service: place settings, fine dining service, wine service, clearing, and resetting
• Coordinating with the Chef for seamless meal service, plating support, and service timing
• Evening turndown for the Principal’s suite with a luxury-hotel standard of detail
• Managing laundry, linens, towels, and wardrobe care to a professional standard
• Supporting guest experience with light concierge duties (restaurant bookings, lift passes, local recommendations)

Massage duties (if professionally trained)

• Delivering professional massage treatments for the Principals and their guests upon request
• Managing the massage room: hygiene, set-up, product inventory, and treatment schedules
• Ensuring wellness services align with luxury hospitality standards

Candidates must be / have:

Experience as a stewardess in yachting, luxury chalets, or 5-star hospitality. Qualified massage therapist (certified training essential) – highly desirable. Strong background in service, housekeeping presentation, and guest experience. Fluent English with excellent communication and high discretion. Professional, proactive, organised, and adaptable with a positive attitude. Valid B1/B2 visa, US work authorisation, or eligibility for ESTA approval. Able to work harmoniously in a small team in a remote mountain environment.

Accommodation
A shared bedroom, bathroom, and small kitchen will be provided.

Hours / Dates
Mid-December 2025 – April 2026.

Start date: around 10th December for pre-season preparation.
