CHIEF COMMERICAL OFFICER - DUBAI/EUROPE-BASED

We are searching for a professional, experienced and business development driven CCO to join a yacht management and brokerage company within the next month. You must have existing experience in a similar role to be considered for this position and have a good understanding of yacht management from both sides.

Requirements

  • You must have prior experience in a senior management position as well as time spent leading teams.
  • You will be connected in the industry and have your own contacts already.
  • The role will be a hybrid position between time in office as well as visiting clients and building business.
  • For this role, you must have English as a first language/mother tongue.
  • We could be open to receiving applicants from other UHNW service provider backgrounds away from yacht management but you must have a clear track record of success in business development and a good understanding of the needs of UHNWs.
  • The company has embraced modern technology so we are looking for a forward-thinking individual.

Package/Details

  • Salary will be DOE but competitive and paid in euros
  • 28 days leave a year
  • Assistance with visas for relocating to Dubai.
  • Must be happy to be based in Dubai from October - May
  • Away from this time may be spent in Europe

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
