An outstanding opportunity for an experienced and polished Executive Housekeeper to oversee the seamless daily operation of a prestigious private family estate in Sydney’s eastern suburbs. This long-term position offers stability, discretion, and the deep satisfaction that comes from ensuring every detail of a beautiful home runs effortlessly.

The Role

You will bring structure, polish, and calm energy to a refined household — balancing hands-on housekeeping with oversight of cleaning staff and household presentation. You’ll coordinate deep-cleaning and improvement projects, manage supplies and maintenance, and keep every detail in order.

Working alongside trusted service providers and in-house chefs (who handle all food and event-related needs), you’ll use digital systems to manage communication, scheduling, and organisation, ensuring the estate runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and supervise cleaning schedules and standards
  • Manage seasonal deep-cleaning programs and maintenance projects
  • Oversee household supplies and non-food ordering
  • Handle laundry, wardrobe care, and organisation
  • Manage errands, dry cleaning, and vendor coordination
  • Use digital tools and systems (such as Trello, Slack or Notion) to manage communication, scheduling and household organisation
  • Maintain an environment that feels calm, elegant and always guest-ready
