We are seeking an experienced Head of Housekeeping to join the interior team of a 95m private motor yacht renowned for its exceptional standards, longevity, and outstanding leadership.

This is a rotational position (8 weeks on / 8 weeks off) offering an excellent opportunity to join a well-established, professional, and supportive crew. The yacht operates a dual-season itinerary and maintains a reputation for excellence across all departments.

The Role

You will lead the housekeeping team under the guidance of the Interior Manager, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation throughout the vessel. The yacht’s interior department consists of:

  • Interior Manager
  • Two Senior Stewards (rotational)
  • Two Service Stews
  • Head of Housekeeping
  • Six to Seven Housekeeper/Stews
  • Two Laundry Stewards
  • Three Crew Chefs and a Head Chef supporting the interior

The Interior Manager has been with the Owner for many years and is seeking a dedicated, hard-working, and personable team player to complement their close-knit and long-standing crew.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on yachts matching the following requirements:

  • Yacht sizes:  > 70m
  • Yacht types:  motor
  • Yacht uses:   private
  • Experience length:  min 5 years

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.

Visa Requirements:

B1/B2 and Schengen visas are required for this role. US and Canadian citizens do not require the B1/B2 visa.
