Prominent executive of a leading organization is seeking an experienced, capable Luxury Estate Housekeeper to be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of a high-end private residence. This role requires deep knowledge of caring for luxury homes, including the proper handling of fine furnishings, delicate materials, and high-value finishes. With a strong emphasis on discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail, the Housekeeper ensures that the estate is maintained to impeccable standards at all times.

Please note: candidates must reside within 10 miles of Hobe Sound. This is NOT a caregiver nor live-in position.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

Daily Housekeeping & Cleaning
• Perform full-spectrum housekeeping duties for a 14,000 sq ft luxury estate, including deep cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
• Care for fine surfaces, including marble, hardwood, lacquer, stainless steel, and specialty wall finishes using proper techniques and products.
• Clean and maintain high-end kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, formal living spaces, and entertainment areas.

Laundry & Wardrobe Management
• Launder, press, steam, and fold clothing, linens, and household fabrics.
• Organize wardrobes and closets; handle delicate garments and couture clothing with care.
• Maintain inventory of linens, towels, and seasonal items.

Household Organization
• Maintain impeccable organization of pantries, cabinets, closets, and storage areas.
• Keep household supplies stocked and organized; coordinate reordering as needed.
• Ensure guest areas and public-facing rooms are always guest-ready.

Support for Events & Guests
• Prepare home for guest arrivals (turn-down service, floral arrangements, room setup).
• Assist with event setup, service, and cleanup as needed (alongside other staff).
• Provide discreet service while guests are in residence.

Property-Specific Duties
• Assist with daily maintenance of high-traffic areas in a large-footprint estate.
• Spot-clean large areas of flooring and glass surfaces
• Light meal prep.
• Assist when necessary, with outdoor patio area cleaning, bringing furniture in/out
• Work collaboratively with estate managers, other housekeepers, and maintenance staff to ensure seamless household operation.
Additional Duties And Responsibilities:
• Performs additional duties and special tasks assigned by Principals and Estate Manager.

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a housekeeper in a large private residence, luxury hotel, or estate
• Proven ability to clean and care for upscale furnishings, fabrics, and surfaces
• Experience in wardrobe care and fine laundry
• High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Fluent in English; other language(s) a plus
• Legal to work in the U.S.; valid ID and references required
• Must pass a background check

Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
• Capable of physically demanding work across large spaces.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds independently.
• Frequent walking, standing, and climbing stairs across large property.
• Regular bending, reaching, and kneeling to clean or access storage areas.
• Fine motor skills required for handling delicate garments and specialty materials.
• Visual acuity needed to inspect surfaces, fabrics, and presentation details.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in beachfront or high-humidity environments.
• Familiarity with green/eco-friendly cleaning products.
• Prior experience working on large estate teams.

Working Conditions:
• Work is performed in a 14,000 sq ft beachfront estate on 4 acres.
• Duties are primarily indoors with occasional outdoor or patio tasks.
• Environment requires discretion and professionalism around residents and guests.
• Schedule includes full-time hours (5–6 days/week), with flexibility for weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Fast-paced setting with collaboration among other household staff.
