DECKHAND - 55M PRIVATE MY: We are seeking an experienced Deckhand to join a 55m motor yacht delivered in 2024. The vessel is based in Southeast Asia and has exciting plans to cruise off the beaten track. The crew are fit, healthy and adventurous, so we are looking for like-minded individuals who enjoy an active lifestyle. The crew onboard consists of divers, surfers and fisherman who share a passion for the ocean and exploration. You'll be working for respectful and kind owners who are very personable.  Candidate requirements: - 1 year of experience minimum - Must hold a Yachtmaster or Yacht Rating - Jet tender experience is advantageous - Fishing and spear fishing background will be beneficial as this a key part of the program - True non-smokers (including vaping) - Male candidates only due to cabin arrangements  Package: - Leave: 3:1 rotation. - Salary: DOE - Discretionary annual bonus - Training budget Start date: ASAP (11th November latest)
