Head of Fleet Operations and Compliance (DPA)

Wilsonhalligan are looking for an experienced DPA/Vessel Manager to join an established and growing Maritime company in the UK.

The ideal candidate will (but not limited to):
- Lead day-to-day fleet operations across all service tiers (full mgmt / compliance-tech / crew-only) and ensure proactive support and guidance to yacht managers and captains.
- Manage escalations, emergencies, and critical operational decisions, oversee vessel operational readiness, SOPs and service quality standards 
- Maintain strong relationship with owners, captains and key stakeholders.

Salary: £70K - £80K PA
