About this role

Ready to step up into a Chief Officer role and bring your experience to a well-run 38m Motor Yacht. This is a permanent position on a single-season vessel, homeported in Italy.

We are looking for someone with:

  • At least 1 year as Chief Officer on 30m yacht
  • Confidence managing a busy deck operation (50% Deck / 50% Bridge split)
  • Strong navigational experience in Mediterranean sea
  • Mother tongue Italian

Qualifications required:

  • OOW <3000
  • Seafarer’s Medical Certificate (fully updated)
  • STCW (Fully updated)

Only candidates meeting the listed criteria will be considered.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht or a Cruise Ship.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
