Deckhand Needed for 38m Private Motor Yacht

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Deckhand to join a 38-meter private motor yacht.

Requirements:

  • Male, under 35 years old
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role on yachts
  • Good command of English
  • Fluency in Russian
  • Strong work ethic and a positive, professional attitude
  • Excellent teamwork skills, with great attention to detail and safety
  • Well-presented and reliable

Position Details:

  • Start date: April 2026
  • Contract: Minimum 1 year, with the possibility of a permanent position based on performance
  • Cruising area: Mediterranean

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, and professional crew member ready to join a stable, well-managed yacht with a positive working environment.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the following languages is required: English, Russian

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
