TEMP CHIEF STEW 100M+ Dates: mid Nov-mid Jan Strong potential to turn Rotational for the right candidate  We are recruiting a dynamic and experienced Chief Stewardess to join a 100m+ private new build yacht and assist in the final stages in preparation for becoming operational.  You’ll be working alongside a highly experienced, senior team all who are at the top of their game in a collaborative environment. We are looking for those who can lead by example with a no-ego, professional approach. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, calm under pressure, and have a proven track record on large yachts. Requirements: At least 18 months experience as Chief Stewardess on 70m+  Strong leadership and communication skills Hands-on management style with a focus on mentorship and teamwork Solid background in service, housekeeping, laundry, events, inventory, and budgeting Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive Benefits: Competitive salary, DOE Temp initially but potential to turn rotational (2:2) Permanent contract offers: Very generous Crew Development/training Program  Dates: 14 Nov 2025-mid Jan 2026
