ROTATIONAL PURSER/CHIEF STEW 50M We’re looking for an experienced and personable Purser/Chief Stew to join a 50m private motor yacht with a genuinely lovely family who value and get to know their crew. This is a dynamic role combining traditional interior leadership with purser responsibilities. The role: Predominantly a Purser, office based role, however you will still oversee an interior team of three (2nd Stew manages the daily work schedule). The last Purser was in the role for many years - strong crew retention. What we’re looking for: Proven Chief Stew experience on 40m+ and strong admin skills IAMI Purser course completed Strong people management skills and a collaborative leadership style B1/B2 visa in hand or Canadian passport Fluent English speaker (excellent standard if second language) Physically active, enjoys sports and hobbies Positive attitude with a good sense of humour - the owners are really interactive and enjoy banter and having a joke with the crew.  What’s on offer: Salary DOE USD  3:3 rotation Supportive, family-oriented owners and a friendly, active crew culture
