DECKHAND/KITE INSTRUCTOR - 30M MY: We are seeking a Deckhand who is a certified Kitesurfing Instructor to join a private 30m yacht early next year. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate kite surfer to become part of a program that places a strong emphasis on kitesurfing and water sports. Yacht details:  The vessel is based in the UAE so you must be happy to be based there whilst onboard.  It is only used for day trips so the owner can go kitesurfing so there are no overnight stays for the guests.  Great, multicultural team onboard of 4-5 crew. It is a young, fun dynamic.    Candidate requirements:  Ideally you'll be a certified and experienced Kite Surfing Instructor  Yacht experience is preferred, but not essential It will be a bonus if you have videography/drone skills  Must hold a PBL2 Package:  38 days leave  3,000 to 4,000 Euros -/+ DOE Start date will be January 2026, perfect for those with notice periods to work or those that want to be home for Christmas. 

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
