Wilsonhalligan have an Interior and Deck Recruitment Officer positions available based in the UAE.

Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join their crewing team. These newly created roles are crucial for the expansion of the team.

You will have:

  • Prior experience in recruitment particularly in Interior and Deck.
  • Strong knowledge of deck and engine tickets. STCW codes, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality roles / head hunting, ideally from the luxury or aviation sector.
  • Excellent organisational skill with attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing all aspects of the recruitment from start to finish.
  • Ensuring recruitment compliance with relevant regulations and legal requirements.
  • Managing stakeholder relationships.

Location: UAE
Salary: £5000 per month
Start: ASAP

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
