About this role

Rotational Chief Officer – 100m Private M/Y

Start date: 1st January 2026

Itinerary: Med / Caribbean

Package: Salary paid in Euros – 182.5 day paid leave (attractive package)

Skills and Attributes Required:

  • 2-3 years’ experience as chief officer on 80m+ vessels
  • Navigational watch-keeping in accordance with Standing Orders.
  • Financial management and budgeting of the deck department.
  • Monitors the overall safety of the Yacht.
  • Training of all crew in safety and security matters.
  • Maintenance of all necessary ISM records and reports.
  • Training of all deck crew.
  • Oversees Heliops during all Helicopter operations, delegating to suitably qualified personnel.

Qualifications Required:

  • Master or Chief Mate Unlimited
  • STCW Basic and Advanced (Fully Updated)
  • SSO
  • Seafarer’s Medical Certificate valid at least 6 months
  • Seaman’s Discharge Book

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht or a Cruise Ship.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
