Seeking a well presented, clean cut Deckhand for a beautiful 74m private M/Y.
Vessel spends winters in the Caribbean/Bahamas and summers are a bit more off the beaten path.
Excellent crew dynamic onboard.

Requirements are below:
Yachtmaster Offshore a plus. B1/B2 visa in hand. Actively pursuing the OOW program. Training Record Book. Nationality: Flexible. Gender: Male. Age: 24+.
Required basic qualifications i.e. STCW / ENG-1. Clean cut, athletic appearance. Team player who sees this as an opportunity and who willingly follows direction. Friendly and outgoing demeanor. Developed attention to detailing and basic knowledge of cleaning products. Basic seamanship: line handling and knot tying. Paint repair experience a plus. Tender driving experience a bonus but not a requirement. Confident with watersports. Familiar with PWC. No teams. Non-smoker, confident swimmer and not prone to seasickness.

Availability: Mid November. May currently be employed.
Location: Joining in Fort Lauderdale - happy to consider candidates further afield if they meet the above criteria.
Salary: $3,500 - DOE. Leave 60 days.

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
