Male Butler – Dubai

We are working exclusively with a UHNW family to hire a European male Butler to join an existing team of 2 butlers for a private residence in Dubai. The residence is not a full-time residence so the successful candidates will be required to travel with the family back to Europe when required.

You will work alongside the housekeeping and the kitchen team. The family expect high standards, total professionalism and complete trust when it comes to their household team. 

You must already be based in Dubai. Relocation is not provided. Male candidates only are requested by the family.

WE CAN ONLY CONSIDER EU PASSPORT HOLDERS SO YOU CAN TRAVEL FREELY WITH THE FAMILY.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting and welcoming guests with professionalism and warmth
• Serving meals and beverages, including formal table settings and service
• Working with the housekeepers, ensuring cleanliness and thorough organisation of the household
• Maintaining and organising the Principal's wardrobe, including packing and unpacking for travel
• Overseeing household inventories and ensuring supplies are stocked
• Providing valet services, including care for luxury items such as clothing, shoes, and accessories
• Ensuring the security and privacy of the household and its members
• Liaising with external service providers, contractors, and vendors
• Handling personal errands and special requests from the principal
• Managing the care and maintenance of high-value items, such as artwork and antiques

Ideal Candidate

• Male is preferred by the family
• Formal butler experience
• Smart presentation with utmost professionalism at all times
• Able to communicate effectively between the kitchen, housekeeping and the Principals
• Liaise with drivers and security to ensure smooth daily operations
• High levels of attention to detail
• Must already be based in Dubai

Package

• Working visa
• 30 days annual leave with 1 return flight home a year
• Working schedule: 6 days a week when the family are in residence, 5 days a week otherwise
• Medical Insurance
• Salary: 25,000 AED per month
