House Team Leader

We are working with a long standing client who is looking for an experienced House Team Leader to support their long standing Chief of Staff. The family have a home in Central London as well as in Surrey and employ approximately around 30 to 40 staff.

This would be a Monday to Friday position working from 9am to 5pm. You will be working from the Principal’s home or family office, both based in Knightsbridge. There is some flexibility to work remotely when the family travels.

As the House Team Leader you are the Chief of Staff's right-hand man and are heavily invovled in the day to day running of the London properties.

Key Responsibilities 

• Manage the complex staff rota system for all properties
• Staff recruitment
• HR duties, including putting staff on payroll and managing annual leave
• Office admin duties such as paying household bills and invoices
• ?Oversee household logistics
• ?Manage household paperwork
• ?Liaise with the principals to find out which property they will be staying at with and communicate this to the rest of the staff
• Be a go to contact for external contractors
• Visit the Surrey property as and when required 

Ideal Candidate 

• demonstrate strong people management skills, be confident managing a large team, and decision making
• enjoy taking on responsibilities, being proactive, leading from the front
• strong administrative/office skills 
• good HR experience and confident management household staff 
• confident using computers and IT systems
• ?A driver would be a bonus but not essential
• Comfortable around dogs 

Package 

• Annual holiday allowance
• Working schedule: Mon-Fri
• Live out (no accomodation provided)
• Salary: £55,000 – £65,000
