Overview:
We’re seeking a detail-driven Associate Program Manager to support the New Build and Special Projects team. This role provides critical project management and analytical support across complex, high-profile initiatives — ensuring seamless coordination between shipyard, design, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and track multiple small to mid-size projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Lead and coordinate special projects, acting as the main contact between shipyard and internal teams.
- Provide analytical insight, risk identification, and data-driven recommendations to project management.
- Support resource planning, workload balancing, and area readiness.
- Develop and maintain tracking and reporting tools (including Tableau dashboards).
- Monitor progress against milestones, create forward-looking projections, and deliver clear, consistent reporting.
- Collaborate closely with technical, design, and shipyard teams to ensure flawless delivery.
- Define and share best practices across global newbuild projects.
- Manage business intelligence coordination between European project offices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- 10–15 years’ experience in business development, analytics, project management, or related functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; confident working in multicultural environments.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Fluent in English and French; additional languages a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio) and familiar with AutoCAD and Tableau.
- Willingness to be based onsite in Saint-Nazaire, France.
Work Experience Requirements:
All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht or a Cruise Ship.
Language Requirements:
Good knowledge of the English language is required.
Certificates and Qualifications:
All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.
A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
