Permanent Bosun / Second Officer – 60m Private MY

We’re looking for an experienced Bosun/2nd Officer to join a well-run 60m private motor yacht.

The role combines OOW watchkeeping duties with hands-on deck leadership — ideal for a confident tender driver and strong team leader.

The itinerary is Florida / Caribbean for winter, and New England for Summer

Requirements:

OOW (Yacht <3000GT)

Excellent tender driving & deck maintenance skills

Positive, team-oriented attitude

Experience on vessels 50m+ preferred

B1 VISA is a must

Package:

Essential Qualifications
Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)
STCW (STCW 2010)
ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)
Master/Skipper Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)
