Position Snapshot

• 7000€ / month DOE as a guide
• Chief Mate 3000gt or greater
• 2 months On / Off + return flights (globally)
• Start: Early / Mid November (possibly flexible)

A high profile 65m Charter MY is on the search for an experienced chief officer to join them on an equal time rotation as they head into a busy Caribbean charter season
The vessel operates duals season Med / Caribbean, with yard times usually completed in Europe.
The vessel is a popular charter yacht and will likely have a full schedule with tips (during season)
The vessel is well maintained, equipped with full watersports set-ups, large tenders and experienced deck crew
The vessel is looking for longevity and is fine with rotations from the Southern Hemisphere (Australia / NZ)

The chief officer must above all be a humble, supportive and diligent personality who can work well within a (good) team, be supportive of the rotation captains and doesn’t have a big ego

The Ideal Candidate
• Chief Officer experience on 50m + or 2nd Officer 70m+
• Zero Ego, supportive, loyal personality
• ISM experience
• Thorough with drills and safety
• Good bridge management skills
• Passage planning experience
• Good team management / communication style
• Can lead by example
• STCW, ENG 1, Valid Passport

Start: Early / Mid November (possibly flexible)

Salary: 7000€ / month DOE as a guide + Tips

Rotation: 2/2 months On/Off + Flights
