Yacht Managers Assistant

JMS Yachting USA is expanding, and we’re looking for a Yacht Manager’s Assistant to join our Fort Lauderdale office. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic yacht management company.

What we’re looking for:

•  Previous experience in the yachting industry is valuable – but not absolutely essential, happy to train the right candidate. 
•  A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
•  Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, databases, digital tools)
•  Personable and professional communication style
•  Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Must be legal to work in the US.

What you’ll do:

•  Assist Yacht Managers with daily operations and administration
•  Support compliance, crew management, and technical documentation
•  Coordinate with suppliers, captains, and crew
•  Prepare reports, correspondence, and tracking systems
•  Be a key support in delivering smooth yacht management services
