Wellness Manager – Dubai

We are working exclusively with a private client based in Dubai Marina, who is looking to hire a Wellness Manager to oversee the general health and well-being of the family. The Wellness Manager will oversee all aspects of health, fitness, nutrition, and overall wellbeing for a private UHNW family based in Dubai. The role requires a highly skilled and discreet professional with a strong background in health and wellness, who can design and manage personalized programmes for family members while ensuring a holistic and balanced lifestyle.

This is a live-out position, and due to frequent travel and the nature of the role, EU or UK passport holders are preferred.

We can only consider MALE candidates due to the culture of the family.

Key Responsibilities
Health & Wellness Strategy

• Administer medication as required
• Develop and manage a bespoke wellness programme tailored to each family member’s individual goals and needs.
• Coordinate and oversee the family’s overall wellbeing – including physical health, fitness, diet, sleep, and stress management.
• Monitor progress and adjust programmes regularly to ensure ongoing results and wellbeing.

Fitness & Physical Conditioning

• Conduct one-on-one fitness assessments and training sessions (strength, mobility, flexibility, cardiovascular health).
• Implement age-appropriate and goal-specific exercise plans (e.g. weight management, rehabilitation, performance enhancement).
• Ensure the safe and effective use of home gym facilities and equipment.

Nutrition & Dietary Management

• Design and supervise personalized meal plans in collaboration with the private chef or household kitchen team.
• Advise on nutritional supplementation, hydration, and dietary balance.
• Source and recommend high-quality, health-conscious food products and ingredients.

Preventive & Holistic Health

• Liaise with medical professionals, physiotherapists, and other wellness experts as required.
• Introduce holistic wellbeing practices (e.g. mindfulness, yoga, breathwork, recovery techniques).
• Educate family members and household staff on healthy lifestyle habits and routines.

Coordination & Management

• Oversee and manage any external wellness service providers (trainers, therapists, specialists).
• Maintain wellness schedules, appointments, and travel fitness plans for the family.
• Ensure wellness continuity when the family travels – including hotel gym coordination, nutrition support, and recovery routines.

Reporting & Discretion

• Maintain confidential wellness records and progress reports.
• Provide regular updates to the principal(s) with professionalism and absolute discretion.
• Uphold a calm, motivating, and positive atmosphere in all interactions.

Ideal Candidate

• Male only
• Degree or certification in one or more of the following: Exercise Science, Sports Therapy, Physiotherapy, Nutrition, or related fields.
• Proven experience working with UHNW clients, private families, or luxury hospitality environments.
• Multidisciplinary understanding of fitness, nutrition, and holistic wellbeing.
• Highly professional, discreet, and emotionally intelligent – able to build trust and adapt to family dynamics.
• Hands-on, proactive, and flexible with changing schedules and travel requirements.
• Exceptional communication skills and a calm, encouraging demeanor.
• Up-to-date with latest wellness trends, technology, and global best practices.
• Presentable, energetic, and polished.
• Naturally service-oriented with a genuine passion for health and wellbeing.
• Culturally aware and respectful of privacy and lifestyle preferences.
• Willingness to travel internationally with the family when required.

Package

• Location: Dubai Marina
• Working Schedule: 5-6 days per week with flexibility.
• Accommodation: Provided, live-out role
• Travel: International travel required
• Salary: 25,000 – 30,000 AED per month / $7,000 – $8,000 net pet month
