Live- in Junior Butler for private estate, Siena, Italy

Fabulous opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional to work permanently as a Live-in Junior Butler on a stunning large private estate near Sienna, Italy.

Perfect for a Steward/ess with yachting experience who would like to embark on a land based career in private service.

The duties of the Junior Butler:

• • Decorating and laying tables
• • Providing full and detailed meal service (plated courses and family style)
• • Managing wardrobes including packing
• • Assisting with special events
• • Using Apps daily to manage properties/ contents
• • Carrying out admin duties
• • Supervising staff (training provided if required)
• • Overseeing contractors
• • Reporting any issues
• • Caring for the pet dog (based on a rota), if required
• • Occasional driving duties including driving Principals
• • Valeting high end cars
• • Running errnds

 Candidate requirements:

• Must be legal to work in Italy
• Have 2-3 years experience working in high end hospitality or private service
• Speak fluent in English and Italian (this is a must)
• Clean drivers license (be a confident driver)
• Have good knowledge of butler duties
• Have good knowledge of technology
• Written references
• Security check (to be obtained if not available)

The work hours are Mon- Fri, 7.30am – 4/ 4.30
Accommodation is a self-contained one bedroom apartment (with beautiful views), meals and fresh produce provided, shared car.
Salary of €40,000- 60,000 gross under a permanent COLF contract.
