Private Driver – Dubai

We are exclusively with a European couple who is seeking an experienced and professional Private Driver to join a VIP household in Dubai. This is a returning Silver Swan client with a beautiful villa located in Jumeirah Island, who is seeking a well-presented individual to provide chauffeur services, vehicle maintenance, and assistance with day-to-day errands.

The family reside in Dubai for approximately six months of the year and spend the remaining six months abroad. Fluent English is essential and Russian speaking is highly advantageous.

This role is full-time, 6 days per week, and requires flexibility with working hours to accommodate the family’s schedule. Your working hours will be reduced when the family are not in residence.

Key Responsibilities 

• Chauffeur services for the family and their guests (Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM, with flexibility for later evenings/overtime when required).
• Airport transfers, pickups, and drop-offs at any time of day or night.
• Running errands such as collecting items from stores.
• Daily care of the household vehicles, including washing, fueling, and polishing.
• Coordinating with service centers and transport companies for maintenance, repairs, and registration.
• Assisting with valet-style duties and supporting the household team with occasional butler tasks.

Ideal Candidate

• Valid UAE driving license with excellent driving skills.
• Fluent English required; Russian language skills are highly preferred.
• Previous experience as a private driver, ideally within a VIP or private household.
• High levels of discretion, professionalism, and reliability.
• Well-presented with the ability to wear dual uniforms: Formal suit for chauffeur duties & practical attire for car cleaning/maintenance (shower facilities provided after vehicle care).

• Salary: 12,000 – 15,000 AED per month, depending on experience
