Engineer

We have a small fleet of boats, including 2 chase boats we keep in Seychelles (a 53-foot Scout and a 61-foot Bertam sportfisher). We are seeking a candidate to be based in Seychelles to oversee these two fishing boats. They are generally used only in November and April for a month each, so the majority of the job involves maintenance, upgrades, sea trials, and detailing to keep them in great shape. Contract is yearly, but we are looking for someone to start with their probation month around October 20th, 2025. The offer will include an apartment to stay in, multiple flights home per year, and, of course, a competitive salary based on experience, along with other opportunities as our fleet grows.
