We're looking for an energetic, people-loving Recruitment Consultant to grow with us, starting around early December (flexible for the right candidate). This is a full-time, remote role based in the UK. Your Role Will Involve: - Managing your own portfolio of roles and clients within the superyacht industry. - Sourcing and interviewing top-tier candidates, staying engaged with them throughout their journey and career. - Building long-term relationships with new and existing clients – predominantly 50m–100m+ vessels. - Delivering exceptional service that reflects our values and enhances our reputation. - Collaborating closely with the team and contributing to a culture of positivity, performance, and shared success. - Actively engaging with the industry to grow your network and bring on new business   What We’re Looking For: - Ideally some experience in recruitment (superyacht or another sector), but we’re open to both: - Early-career recruiters with the drive to learn and grow into the role. - Experienced recruiters ready to step into a Senior Recruitment Consultant role from day one. - 3+ years of yachting experience, ideally in a senior role. - A strong background in professional services, sales, or client/customer management is a plus. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills – you can craft a clear, thoughtful message and hold your own in a professional conversation. - Charisma and excellent interpersonal skills – you're someone who can connect with people quickly and naturally. - A positive, engaging energy and an exceptional phone manner – you know how to make people feel heard, supported, and excited. - Integrity in everything you do – we take pride in doing things the right way, not the easy way. - A driven, self-motivated attitude – you’re confident managing your time and workload. - A true team player who brings warmth, humour, and heart to their work.   What You’ll Get: - Hands-on training and support from senior team members and our director. - Industry-leading recruitment tools and systems to help you succeed. - Competitive base salary (DOE £) + uncapped commission + realistic, rewarding targets. - Quarterly incentives, team trips (UK & overseas), and regular celebrations of success. - Support from a dedicated Recruitment Administrator – freeing you up to focus on what you do best. - Opportunities to grow your career as we grow the business, with a clear development path tailored to your experience – from Recruitment Consultant through to Senior Consultant (or beyond), with scope to come in at a senior level if appropriate. - Company laptop and fully expensed phone. - Your birthday off, every year! - 4pm Friday finish! - A genuinely fun, collaborative, down-to-earth team that supports and celebrates each other – every step of the way.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
