Stewardess/Deckhand Wanted – 40m Private Sailing Yacht 
 Location: South Pacific 
 Start Date:  ASAP
 Position: Stewardess/Deckhand

We’re seeking a dynamic, hands-on, and enthusiastic Stewardess/Deckhand to join a well-maintained 40m private sailing yacht. This is a dual role, perfect for someone who loves variety and has a genuine passion for sailing and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interior upkeep, guest service, and housekeeping

  • Assisting on deck: lines, fenders, sailing maneuvers, washdowns, tender driving.

  • Supporting the Captain and crew with general duties and guest activities. 
     

Ideal Candidate:

  • Prior experience in a similar dual role.

  • Strong sailing knowledge or enthusiasm to learn quickly.

Requirements:

  • STCW

  • ENG1

  • Sailing experience or strong interest in sailing

  • Right to work in Australia/New Zealand a must.

    40 days leave.

    Female only due to cabin arrangements.
    Candidates in Australia/New Zealand preferred. 

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
