Maternity Nurse – Marbella

Silver Swan is recruiting an experienced and nurturing Maternity Nurse to support a lovely European family in Marbella with their newborn baby, born in August 2025. The family has a maternity nurses on a rotational basis and is looking for someone who can seamlessly integrate into their fully staffed household and provide warm, professional care for their baby. The sucessfull candidate will be working 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off for 6 months. 

Please Note: Candidates must hold an EU passport prior to applying as, unfortunately, we do not offer visa sponsorship. If you do not hold an EU passport upon applying, your application will NOT be considered. 

Responsibilities:

• Provide round-the-clock care for a newborn, ensuring safety, wellbeing, and healthy development.
• Establish and maintain routines around feeding, sleeping, and general care.
• Offer guidance and support to the parents regarding newborn care, milestones, and development.
• Manage all aspects of the baby’s daily care (feeding, bathing, sleep schedules, etc.).
• Collaborate with the household team to ensure smooth operations while prioritising the baby’s needs.
• Travel with the family if required.

Ideal Candidate:

• EU passport holders only. 
• Female with a warm, calm, and professional demeanour.
• Proven track record as a Maternity Nurse, with verifiable experience supporting newborns.
• Knowledgeable in newborn routines, nutrition, and sleep training.
• Flexible, discreet, and able to work in a fully staffed household environment.
• Willing and able to travel internationally with the family.

Package: 

• Salary: €400 net per day.
• Schedule: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off.
• Accommodation provided within the family home.
• Travel expenses provided.
• Start Date: ASAP – For 6 months
