Facilities Manager – Dubai

We are working exclusively with a client in Dubai who is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the smooth running and upkeep of their office building. The successful candidate will already be based in Dubai and will take full responsibility for the management of the property, both inside and outside, as well as the supervision of support staff.

This position requires a proactive and highly organised professional who can confidently manage teams, maintain high standards, and ensure the building operates efficiently on a day-to-day basis.
The role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Full management of the office building, ensuring all areas (internal and external) are well-maintained
• Overseeing the upkeep of facilities, arranging repairs, and coordinating with contractors as required
• Managing and supervising a team of cleaners, security staff, and other support staff, including scheduling and performance management
• Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining a safe, professional, and welcoming environment for all building users
• Overseeing office support staff to handle cleaning, guest management, and employee assistance within the building
• Acting as the main point of contact for management regarding building operations and staff performance
• Enforcing policies and standards, maintaining discipline, and ensuring teams deliver consistently high standards
• Budget oversight for building maintenance, supplies, and services

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Proven experience in Facilities Management, Office Management, or a similar role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to be firm and fair when managing staff
• Good command of English (spoken and written). Fluent Arabic is advantageous
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to oversee multiple teams and tasks simultaneously
• Based in Dubai with strong local knowledge and access to service providers/contractors
• Professional, trustworthy, and able to represent the business with integrity

PACKAGE

• Salary: 15,000 – 25,000 AED per month (depending on experience)
• Accommodation can be provided for the right candidate
