- Coordinate audits, compliance reviews, and internal reporting
- Implement regulatory updates and distribute fleet-wide communications
- Evaluate security incident reports and support development of Ship Security Plans
- Drive continuous improvement through analysis of non-conformities and crew feedback
- Degree in Nautical Science or relevant maritime training
- Sailing experience on-board commercial vessels or yachts
- Strong understanding of ISM Code; DPA/CSO/Auditor certification preferred
- Prior experience in maritime compliance or yacht management desirable
- Familiarity with classification society and flag state regulations
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- High proficiency in English and MS Office
- Some international travel may be required
Generous salary and multiple employee benefits.
Work Experience Requirements:
All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht or a Cruise Ship.
Language Requirements:
Good knowledge of the English language is required.
