House Manager – Dubai

We are working exclusively with an UHNW family to hire an experienced House Manager to join a family Dubai. As the House Manager you will be responsible for the daily operations of the home, overseeing the other staff members and ensuring the family’s needs are attended to at all times.

The family entertain 1-2 times a week which you will supervise, you will also serve for the meetings which take place at the home and then tend to both Mr & Madam’s wardrobe, working closely with the housekeeper.

This is a lovely, relaxed home however standards are high. The family have 5 children who are all teenagers and older. You will work within a small household team approx. 5 other staff members.

No accommodation is provided, however an allowance of €12,500 a year is part of the package.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily household operations and staff schedules.
• Supervise and train the household staff
• Manage household budgets, expenses, and petty cash
• Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers
• Ensure the property is well maintained and repairs are carried out promptly
• Organise household inventories
• Plan and coordinate events, dinners, and family gatherings
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hospitality
• Oversee security and safety protocols in the residence.
• Handle family requests and special instructions discreetly and efficiently
• Support the housekeeper in the management of Madam’s wardrobe
• Work closely with the Chief of Staff to ensure smooth operations

Ideal Candidate

• Female is preferred by the family
• Formal House Management experience
• Previous Butler experience will be advantageous
• European or South African passport holders is required
• Smart presentation with utmost professionalism at all times
• Able to communicate effectively between the kitchen, housekeeping and the Principals
• Liaise with drivers and security to ensure smooth daily operations
• High levels of attention to detail

Package

• Working visa
• 48,000 AED / €12,500 accommodation allowance
• 30 days annual leave with 1 return flight home a year
• Working schedule: 5-6 days a week as required
• Medical Insurance
• Salary: 25,000 – 30,000 AED per month
