About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Yacht Captain to join our team operating a beautiful 14.5-meter private motor yacht based in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity to work in one of the world's premier yachting destinations with a well-maintained vessel and established clientele.

Key Responsibilities

• Navigate and operate the 14.5m motor yacht safely in Dubai waters
• Maintain the vessel - routine checks, cleaning, and basic maintenance
• Welcome guests - provide friendly, professional service during trips
• Ensure safety - conduct pre-departure checks and emergency procedures
• Coordinate trips - plan routes and communicate with guests about itineraries
• Keep records - maintain logbooks and trip documentation

Requirements
Essential:

•  Valid DMCA 24M License (or equivalent)
•  STCW Basic Safety Training certificate
•  Minimum 3 years experience as yacht captain
•  Fluent English communication
•  First Aid/CPR certification
•  Available to start immediately

Preferred:

• UAE/Gulf waters experience
• Private yacht operations background
• Friendly, professional personality
• Basic mechanical knowledge
