Overview

An international family based near Grimaud, in the heart of the prestigious Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region, is seeking an experienced Domestic Couple who speaks fluent English or Russian to expertly manage their villa and provide outstanding day-to-day household support.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a stunning location, caring for the home and two loyal German Shepherds, while ensuring seamless day to day operations with the highest standards of service.

Onsite accommodation is provided, and a work uniform will be supplied for ease. This position is perfect for a professional couple who thrive in a busy, dynamic environment and enjoy delivering top tier household management.

The position requires working six days a week until September, transitioning to a five day schedule thereafter.

Job duties
Responsibilities of the Domestic Couple for a private villa in Grimaud, France include:

Housekeeper:

• Maintain immaculate cleanliness and order throughout the villa
• Manage laundry and ironing with meticulous attention
• Provide VIP care for an exclusive wardrobe, ensuring garments remain in perfect condition
• Operate and maintain the Laurastar steam generator for garment care
• Clean and care for a variety of surface types using modern household appliances and products
• Handle and care for two well-trained German Shepherd dogs

Gardener / Maintenance:

• Serve as the family driver, expertly navigating with modern GPS systems including Google Maps
• Keep vehicles clean and well-maintained
• Perform minor household repairs and oversee general maintenance
• Coordinate and supervise technicians and service providers efficiently
• Handle grocery shopping and other household errands
• Maintain the garden and surrounding outdoor areas to pristine standards
• Provide attentive care for the German Shepherd dogs

Candidates must be/have:

• Experience working as a Domestic Couple for UHNWs
• Valid European work permit/documentation
• EU/Swiss driving licence
• Fluency in English or Russian; German or French is a plus
• No allergies to dogs and confident in handling large dogs
• Professional, reliable, and discreet
• Non-smokers

Location
Private villa near Grimaud, France.

On-site accommodation provided – a small studio with cooking facilities, washing machine, furniture, and internet access located within the villa grounds.

Hours
Working six days per week from June to the end of September; compensation or holiday for additional days to be discussed.

After September, working five days a week.

Salary
Competitive combined salary, DOE.
