Bosun- 43m private/charter

We are looking for an experienced Bosun for a 43 meter private / charter vessel.
Must have at least 1 year experience as Bosun onboard similar sized vessels.
Ideally someone who is working towards their OOW and that has completed some modules.
 
Open to male & female candidates.
We run with 9 crew onboard all mixed nationalities.
 
Must be comfortable with equipment in the bridge and sitting their own bridge watch as you will be part of the navigational watch team when underway.
Needs to be a good tender driver we run with a 35ft center console.
Ideally would like someone who has some videography experience for charter videos but not essential. Fishing and diving experience is a plus..
 
Crew are active, not big drinkers but like to socialize when the time presents itself.
Ideally would like someone who is fit, active and social and can fit in.
Lovely American owners with minimal usage.
Vessel will charter in the Caribbean during the winters and spend the summers in New England.
 
B1B2 visa, YM, ENG1,STCW
Standard MLC contract with bonus & training scheme onboard.
Salary: DOE
Start: Mid -late September
