Butler – Miami with Travel to Bahamas & Europe

Location: Miami, USA (with frequent travel to Bahamas & Europe)
Salary: From $6,000 per month
Contract: Full-time, live-out in Miami, with travel provided
Travel: All travel expenses covered

Role Summary
Our client is seeking a dynamic and highly capable Butler to join their household in Miami. This is not a traditional, formal butler role. The ideal candidate will bring the polish and professionalism of a private service background, but with the flexibility and fun, hands-on energy often found in former yacht crew. The role involves international travel to Europe and the Bahamas, requiring someone adaptable, organised, and discreet.

Responsibilities

Oversee and deliver seamless day-to-day household service in Miami and during travel

Provide exceptional front-of-house service including table settings, service, events and guest hosting

Manage household inventories, provisioning, and vendors

Support family with travel arrangements, packing, and logistics

Ensure smooth coordination with household staff, yacht crews, and contractors

Maintain a balance of relaxed, approachable service while upholding high standards

Qualifications & Skills

Previous experience as a Butler, Steward, Chief Steward(ess), or in luxury service

Strong background in UHNW, VIP, or yachting environments

Hands-on, proactive, and discreet with a flexible personality

High level of organisational skills and attention to detail

Willingness to travel extensively
